Managing Director
Joseph Cabanes firmly believes that honesty and accountability are not only crucial for occupational excellence but also for fostering critical thinking in safety and health cultures. As the CEO and founder of NSTCS, he is a leading figure in the field of safety and health. Joseph's expertise is evidenced by his extensive qualifications, including three Specialist in Safety & Health Certifications, two Certified Safety and Health Official credentials from the University of Texas at Arlington, and a Safety Management Specialist recognition from the board of certified safety professionals. He is dedicated to creating new programs that prepare safety professionals for their careers and future pursuits, emphasizing fairness, tolerance, and respect for every individual. Joseph works closely with students and safety professionals to develop personalized curriculums that prioritize individual accomplishments and results. Alongside managing the curriculums for NSTCS, he also oversees workers who face risks of falling. With Joseph's leadership and expertise, safety professionals can be confident in succeeding in their careers and making a positive impact on their work lives.

Introducing Naphis Mitchell, a highly accomplished Safety, Health, and Environmental professional with over a decade of experience in both construction and general industry. Naphis has a proven track record of leading successful projects on both national and international levels. As a Risk Manager responsible for overseeing all activities in the eastern region of the United States, he has managed hundreds of safety programs, including conducting safety inspections, training sessions, and incident investigations. Naphis' expertise in risk management is unparalleled, as evidenced by his numerous safety and health certifications. His tireless dedication and hard work have earned him recognition from both his peers and clients, solidifying his position as an indispensable partner at NSTCS. Thanks to Naphis' leadership, the organization has reached new heights and continues to thrive.
